Business systems, built to fit

For when the spreadsheet has run out of room and the off-the-shelf system does not match how you work.

Let's talk about your project

Nearly every licensed system assumes an average business that does not exist. Yours has its own rules: how a discount gets approved, who may void a sale, what happens when a customer pays half. A custom system follows those rules instead of asking you to change them to keep the software happy.

We always start with the process that hurts most, in real use, and grow from there. It is cheaper, it goes wrong less often, and it shows results sooner: in two months you have something running rather than an eighty-page requirements document nobody will read to the end.

What we solve

  • Inventory and sales that reconcile

Real stock, price lists, and sales recorded as they happen rather than at the end of the day.

  • Customers and receivables

Who owes what, since when, and with what backing. No digging through chats or notebooks.

  • Reports people actually use

The numbers you look at every week, ready and exportable — not a dashboard nobody opens.

  • Users with different permissions

Everyone sees and does their own part, with a record of who changed what and when.

Frequent questions

Is it more expensive than buying something ready-made?
Usually more up front, and cheaper after two or three years, because there are no per-user licenses and no modules you never use.
Where does my data live?
Wherever you decide: your own server, or one we run for you. Either way you can export all of it whenever you want.
What if my business changes?
That is the point of custom. The system changes when your rules change, instead of waiting for a vendor to include it in a future release.
