Understand the problem
A fifteen-minute conversation, on WhatsApp or in person: what your business does today, what breaks, and who uses it. We do not start from the design or from the technology.
Agree scope and price
Before any code is written, what gets delivered, when and at what price is in writing. If the scope changes later, it is quoted separately and you decide.
Deliver something you can open
By the second or third week there is something running that you can try. We would rather you see real progress early, even partial, than a long document and two months of silence.
What we do not do
What we do not do defines the studio too: we do not resell third-party licenses as our own development, we do not charge monthly for things you already paid for, and we do not build dependency as a business model. The code, the data and the accounts are in your name from day one.
