Automation and integrations

The work someone on your team repeats every week, done on its own and without typos.

Let's talk about your project

Almost every business has one person spending hours copying data from one program into another, assembling the same report every Monday, or checking by hand whether something changed. That work is not hard, it is repetitive — exactly what a machine does better than a person: without tiring, without slipping, and at three in the morning.

A new system is not always the answer. Often the fix is connecting two tools you already own that do not talk to each other today, and letting the data travel by itself. We check what each tool actually offers and tell you plainly what can and cannot be automated before charging you anything.

What we automate

  • Data that is copied by hand today

Between billing, inventory, spreadsheets and your team's tools, without retyping anything.

  • Recurring reports

The Monday report, generated and sent on its own, in the same format every time.

  • Alerts when something happens

Low stock, an overdue payment, a stalled order: the alert reaches whoever has to act.

  • Repetitive internal processes

Approvals, forms and follow-ups that live in a chat thread and get lost there.

Frequent questions

How do I know if my case can be automated?
We look at it before charging you: if your tools allow a connection, we tell you what can be done and how much it saves. If they do not, we tell you that too.
Will I depend on you to keep it running?
No. We document what each automation does and how to switch it off, and access stays in your accounts, not ours.
Is it expensive?
It is usually the cheapest thing we do and the fastest to pay for itself, because the saving is measured in hours of someone already on your payroll.
